Course Details
The IDCS is a recognised stand-alone diploma qualification in information Technology offered by the NCC Education but it is also the first step onto NCC Education's International Advanced Diploma. It is also considered as equivalent to the first year of the Degree in Computing. The course blends the best in technical, communication and business skills to create well rounded IT professionals, making NCC Education graduates attractive to employers.

Academic Progression
Successful graduates of the International Diploma in Computer Studies are eligible to apply for entry onto the International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies.
International Degree Pathway
The first of 3 stages, after completing the qualification you can apply to do year 2 top-up degree at a university of your choice.
Entry Requirements
To be considered for a place on the IDCS programme you must meet our minimum entry requirements, which are:
- Holders of NCC Education International Certificate in Computer Studies
- Students who have successfully passed any 1 module of IDCS
- Local or international qualifications at foundation level agreed in Advance with NCC Education
- Holders of 1 GCE A-Level and 4 GCSEs grade C or above
- Students aged 21+ at the discretion of the centre
- Able to demonstrate 2 years work experience in the relevant field
- For candidates whose first language is not English we require IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 500+
