Learning is via BPP Learning Media software, which offers the complete range of interactive learning materials plus a dedicated exam preparation course. The interactive course gives immediate feedback to the tutor and the student on the results obtained. Using this software, our current pass rate on the ACCA unit is approximately 75-80%.

As they say BPP Learning Media fitted the
bill with our diverse product offering and second to none mixture of teaching
concepts. This included the adoption of
our exam preparation product i-Pass in tandem with the interactive learning materials
i-Learn, which were considered second to none in their syllabus coverage and
interactive components. Furthermore,
with our support materials in the form of student texts the college was
provided with a “one stop” learning solution. It has to be said that the
greatest benefit of all was the Reporter function within the i-Learn
software. This provided tutors with
valuable student reporting facilities and in turn provided the students with
immediate feedback on their progress. This greatly motivated the students at Impact College and together with
i-Pass presented students with an excellent exam preparation tool.
Over the last few months Darren Halliday,
College Manager has steadily drip fed in the number of new ACCA papers )both
i-Learn and i-pass) and has now fully embedded the software into the college’s teaching
programme.
